Shipping & Delivery
We ship to UK and most of Europe.
If your order is received before 12 noon, we aim to include it in that afternoon's postal collection (except Saturday when there is no postal collection). Tracking information will be sent to you to enable you to trace your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Royal Mail restructure their shipping prices and weights from April and October each year and our shipping options are amended to reflect these changes, but will remain weight/size based at the actual shipping cost. You can see your estimated shipping charges at any time by going to your shopping cart, entering your Country and Post Code and then selecting "Get A Quote". We have also extended our shipping options to include Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 delivery. If the actual shipping charge is different to the estimated charge, no additional charge will be made.
FREE SHIPPING FOR UK CUSTOMERS
From April 2013, BeadShopUk are offering free shipping for orders over £35 to UK post code customers (excluding Channel Islands). Once your shopping cart reaches £35, the Free Shipping option will become available at the checkout. Shipping will depend on the weight of the order - orders below 2kg will be by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded, over 2kg will be by best cost method.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts and we reserve the right to recharge the shipping on any orders where items are returned and the value of the order then does not reach the £35 limit.
If you want your order sooner, you will still be able to select and pay for 1st Class Recorded, 2nd Class Recorded, or Tracked 24.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Charges for International Orders are weight based and are actual shipping cost. All International Orders under 2kg will be posted by International Airmail Signed For and can take between 5-7 days for Europe or 7-10 days for Rest of the World. Postage for orders over 2kg - will be shipped via Parcelforce Worldwide, FedEx or UPS.
BREXIT CHANGES
After 1st January 2021 Uk left European Union. This means your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes. Every country taxes items differently so we advise you to check with your own Country as to what Duty or Taxes will be charged at point of entry.
Because of additional security employed by the US and delayed delivery up to 3-4 weeks, we no longer ship to USA
