Russian Serpentine

Legend - From Russia’s Ural Mountains and named from the Latin work for snake (serpens) it is said to resemble.  Has been used for ornaments and jewellery for thousands of years.  Serpentine amulets have historically been worn to protect against snakebites.

Properties - Said to restore self confidence and dispel fear.  An earthing stone which aids meditation.

Description - Russian Serpentine beads are veined and mottled light and dark green.  Sold as temporary strung 39cm (approx) strands.
